Coe & Van Loo has experience in residential land development on projects varying in size from
3,000-acres master planned communities to 20-acre residential in-fill projects.  Each project has its own unique set of challenges.  An example of several single family residential projects are outlined below:

Coe & Van Loo has experience on commercial projects that have been as large as regional retail malls and shopping centers or as small as corner neighborhood retail.  We realizes that each project, no matter what, the size is of utmost importance to the client who is developing the project.  Each project is treated with equal care, importance, and urgency.  Several examples of commercial projects are listed below:

An increasing number of projects have been designed and developed varying distances from existing utilities and established roadways.  Many of the projects Coe & Van Loo has been a part of have required extension of infrastructure to serve the property being developed. CVL has experience in not only providing the necessary infrastructure but does so in a phased approach to minimize up front costs to the client.  An example of infrastructure projects are listed below:

Multifamily project experience within Coe & Van Loo consists of “Z” Lot, Cluster, Green Court, Duplex, Apartment, Town Homes, Condo, Student Housing and Tri-plex.  The design principals for each type of multifamily product vary.  Coe & Van Loo knows how to provide the client with a set of construction plans that work given the tight design constraints associated with each of these projects.  Examples of several of the multifamily projects are listed below:

Each industrial project varies in the type of development taking place.  Coe & Van Loo has experience with a number of industrial projects, which allows us to provide clients with a wide variety of knowledge gained from each project.  Several projects are listed below:

All projects, no matter what the size, begin with some level of due diligence.  Coe & Van Loo has worked with numerous clients to provide feasibility reports and project assessments for projects prior to purchase.  We are prepared to react quickly during fast paced project contract feasibility and escrow periods.  We also have experience in review of construction plans prepared by other parties.  Coe & Van Loo is capable of value engineering work started by others and are happy to pick up where others leave off.
