All projects, no matter what the size, begin with some level of due diligence. Coe & Van Loo has worked with numerous clients to provide feasibility reports and project assessments for projects prior to purchase. We are prepared to react quickly during fast paced project contract feasibility and escrow periods. We also have experience in review of construction plans prepared by other parties. Coe & Van Loo is capable of value engineering work started by others and are happy to pick up where others leave off. |
